10 Trinity Square, City of London
Re-development of the Grade II port of London building into a luxury hotel, spa and residential development. The planning negotiations included detailed consultation with the City of London to secure agreement to remove seething lane gardens (a City of London space) to provide the infrastructure for the underground servicing and parking access for the development, and replacement with a new city garden. The approval sought to balance the aspirations of the Client and respect the heritage aspects in conjunction with the Corporation of London’s streetscene manual.
